Ingredients

Hibiscus Flower, Burdock Root, Dandelion Root, Nettle Leaf.

Directions

Steep 1–2 teaspoons per 8–10 oz of hot water for 10–15 minutes. Strain and enjoy. Can be enjoyed hot or poured over ice for a refreshing herbal drink.
